Designers
House designers, architects and engineers need to know the topography (the lay of the land), natural features, services and constructed elements of a site as they relate to the registered property boundaries and with reference to Australian Height Datum (AHD). Additionally, it is important that they understand the existence of secondary interests that may be registered over a site. Understanding the spatial location and relativity between these elements allows the consultant to design with confidence.
Builders
Our local team are proficient at the delivery of low to medium rise construction projects and can quickly mobilise our survey resources to attend to construction control surveys for commercial, retail and residential structures and their associated works. Our clients include construction companies, landscape, civil and plumbing contractors and we can provide site control set up, set out surveys and as-constructed surveys that suit your project needs.
Developers
Our team of licensed consulting and cadastral surveyors collaborate with you, your town planner and design consultant team to help you efficiently deliver your small to medium scale developments. Our responsive, cost-effective and trusted team provide all your survey needs for small land subdivision, duplex, townhouse and strata developments in greenfield or brownfield (infill) locations. The team will survey the site, define the lots and prepare the necessary survey plan for a standard format or building format subdivision.
We also undertake surveys and prepare the necessary plans to define secondary interests (easements, covenants, leases) for registration on title. In a Community Title Scheme (CTS) development we will survey, define areas and prepare the required plans for incorporation into your Community Management Statement (CMS). These can include Exclusive Use areas for car spaces, storage, private yards, and Occupation Authority areas.
The team at House Surveys also service the commercial and retail property markets through the delivery of lease surveys for shopping centres, strip malls, office blocks and standalone commercial and retail properties. Our dedicated team provide efficient delivery of tenancy lease plan deliverables in accordance with the Property Council of Australia (PCA) guidelines on lease measurement. Leases can be delivered as Net Lettable Area (NLA), Gross Lettable Area (GLA), Gross Lettable Area Retail (GLAR) or as a tenancy layout plan to facilitate internal design works.
We are pleased to take your enquiry and work with you directly to effectively deliver survey works that you can trust and rely upon.
